Mr. Vivek Prabhu

Managing Director

A Textile technocrat, Vivek Prabhu is well known for his penchant for constant improvement, precision & process innovation.  He is the knowledge bank of ‘Team Priyafil’, instrumental in the award of our first Process Patent for a unique and cost-effective production process in the manufacture of Monofilament fabric. 

He has also earned several accolades for philanthropic activities as Past President - Rotary Club of Bangalore. He actively participates in several other Service initiatives.

Capt.Sudhir Prabhu (Retd)

Executive Director

A graduate of the National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, Pune. After a short stint in The Indian Army, Capt. Sudhir Prabhu has been at the helm of affairs managing Finance & Digitization, HR and Exports for Priyadarshini Filaments Pvt. Ltd.

He is also the Administrative Director of Metamorphes Foundation - a knowledge-sharing and service initiative started by an inspired group of Armed Forces Veterans, committed to awakening positive change in society.

Mr Dayanand Kamath

Operational Director

Mr. Kamath is the lynchpin of the company & has been with Priyadarshini Filaments since its inception in 1972. A powerhouse of activities, he controls Purchases and coordinates with all our Fabrication units. He is the key to establishing a strong Sales network Pan-India for the company.

His experience in managing resources efficiently under varied market & economic cycles is well renowned. He is respected as one of the doyens of the entire monofilament industry in India.

He has also earned several accolades for philanthropic activities. He actively participates in several other Service initiatives.

Dr Shalini Prabhu

Director HR & Accounts Administration

As key person handling the Human Capital of the company & its various vendors, Shalini Prabhu has been at the core of all initiatives, for over two decades. Building trust in relationships and monitoring the welfare and social activities of the Company are her forte.

 With a Doctorate in Kannada Literature, she has authored several popular books in the Kannada language.

Mr Srinivas Subba Rao

GM-Works, Quality Assurance & Vendor Management

Mr. Rao is a Textile engineer with over 35 years of experience in all departments of textile production. He dynamically upgraded his knowledge base and experience in SAP - Material management and Production planning. He has traveled extensively to US, Europe and China with regard to inspection and upgrade of textile machinery.

 As General Manager of Priyafil, he is actively involved in - vendor management, production planning, initiating new projects, and actively participating in Trade Marks.. & Process Patenting, while overseeing the Warehouse management and process modification.

In a nutshell, his experience is predominantly in the Weaving field handling various yarns like cotton, silk, polyester, linen and HDPE Monofilament, and as Project Manager - initiating and successfully commissioning new and composite units including sourcing of requisite machineries.

Mr Kishore Kumar NG

GM, Marketing & Sales

Post Graduate in commerce with rich experience in the field of Finance and Accounting, Sales & Marketing. He has held Senior Management positions in the Plastic Industry for over three decades.

An Excellent team leader - His communication skills, Negotiation, Networking skills, Perseverance & collaboration with regard to new projects has inspired ‘Team Priyafil’ to achieve more and explore wider markets.
